Shipping Times

Standard Shipping:

    • Ships in 1-2 business days for stock merchandise
    • Ships in 4-5 business days customized product
    • Standard shipping orders ship via ground delivery.
    • Shipping times are estimates and exceptions may apply.

       You can check on current order status by logging into your account.  

Rules

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed above. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, we reserves the right to hold and/or cancel any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.

 

Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses.  We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.

 

International Orders

We are happy to ship to addresses within Mexico. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of Mexico, please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier restrictions, all Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fuel. To use your Zippo windproof lighter, fill with genuine Zippo lighter fuel.
