Do I need to have an email address?

A valid email address and phone number are required to place an order online. If you do not have a valid email address, you may place your order by calling 294-947-9900 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Mexico Time.

When will my debit/credit card be charged?

Your card will be authorized and a hold for the amount of your purchase will be placed on your card at the time of purchase, however, payment will not be released from your account until your order is shipped. The hold and charges will appear on your statement as: Tabasa Import Export Ltd SA de CV Authorization holds are subject to the terms and conditions of your banking institution.

What is the order cancellation policy?

Your Zippo order is processed immediately; therefore, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. If your order has already been processed and you still want to return it, simply follow the instructions in the Returns & Exchanges section. Shipping and handling fees are typically non-refundable.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We are closed on major holidays including: New Year's Day, Constitution Day, Benito Juarez's Birthday, Labor Day, Independence Day, November 20, Mexican Revolution, Christmas.

Can I ship to an international address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside the US, please visit your local Zippo authorized distributor or retailer.
